The First Place of Mention of "CLEAN AND UNCLEAN" Genesis-Beresheith 7:2 Of every clean beast thou shalt take to thee by SEVENS, the male and it's female: And of beasts that are not clean by two, the male and his female. (read to verse eight)

The Scriptures define "Discernment" in Malachi 3:18
Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth YAHVAH and him that serveth Him not.
BEREAN CALL ADVERTISES THE SABBATH FOR FREE!
At the Berean Call Conference 2015, David James spoke against the Torah, tying the Sabbaths and the Word with Jonathan Kahn "The Harbinger". According to them, Messianic teachers have strayed from pure doctrine of Scripture. Mr. James ridiculed those and other leaders.
It appears that The Berean Call Ministry is attempting to destroy the Sabbath, Feast Days, clean and unclean, and reputation of Hebrew Roots believers.
If any leader misrepresents the HRM believers, one cannot use alleged abuses to cast doubt on the Scripture, whether it be concerning the Sabbaths or other teachings. One bad member does not make all the members false.
Their condemnation of the Sabbath and uplifting their Sunday "Lord's Day Sabbath" does not align with Scriptures referring to the Resurrection of Messiah towit: Matthew 12:38-40 (3 Nights and Days in the tomb or Aviv 14 to 17)
Matthew 28:1 "In the end of the Sabbath, as it began to grow dusk (Berry's Greek Interlinear) toward the first day of the week, Mary...came to the tomb". He was not there; He was risen at the end of Aviv 17. In that year, then followed the First day of the week, Sunday. Therefore, if Messiah died on a "Friday" He would have risen 3 nites and days later, "Monday". He died on at the end of Wednesday to fulfill the 3 nites and 3 days.
Hebrews 4 is proof of the Sabbath still being the Seventh day of the week, Acts 13:42; Acts 16, 17 and myriads of other Scriptures.
Sadly, we no longer can endorse PROPHECY TODAY with Jimmie de Young due to the ministry opposing the Sabbath, Feast Days, Clean and Unclean by one of their major featured speakers.
Please pray for "discernment ministry" that they will "Search the Scriptures daily to see if it is so: And that they will continue to warn about errors, accurately, from their para-church organization. Shalom!

We either are living in YaHVaH's Nation or in man's Nation.
We believe the law of YaH has more purpose than to simply show us that we need to be redeemed. The Law, the Torah, is the Standard Father gives to live by and to SHOW OUR LOVE 1 Jn 5:2-3. These are Tokens of our Virginity.
Some of the basis for following His decree is His Word in Exodus 20, Genesis 26 verse five "Because that Abraham OBEYED MY voice, and kept my charge, My commandments, My statutes and My laws."
Genesis 1 gives us the true Sabbath. Hebrews 4 reaffirms "Therefore, there remaineth a REST to the people of YaHVaH." "He specified a certain day...that Seventh Day; He spoke not of another day." Romans 8:7 Those who reject Messiah are not subject to the Law of YaH, neither indeed can be."
Psalm 19 "The Law of YaHH is perfect converting the soul (person)."
Psalm 119 "His Commandments Statutes and Judgments."
The term, "Messianic" shows that all those who believe in Messiah ARE Messianic and are grafted into that Good Olive Tree.
The Berean Call goes against Hebrew Roots believers in 12/2014 Newsletter
Berean Call Editor states "For a Gentile to keep those 'Jewish' feasts today would be a fraud, and I stand by that." But if we are of YaHVaH and His kingdom we do believe in the whole Word of YaHVaH and YaHosha Messiah.
Dave or Tom says, "It is impossible for anyone to be 'Messianic' because all who believe on Christ (Jew or Gentile) are in the Church, with Christ ruling as LORD in their hearts." Messiah rules in our hearts with no standards, no specifics to live by? Does He not only rule over our Festivals and appetites, our lives?
IF we reject YaHOSHA Messiah and His Law, this rebellious tribe of Ephraim deserves the abominations, the curses.
In the New Testament there are 1,050 commands. They say, "We will not obey his Laws" The Sabbath was intended and MADE for man, not Jews only.
If we know and keep Father's law we shall even know more than teachers, Psalm 119:99-100 "..I understand more than the ancients, because I keep Thy precepts." Let us go on to perfection, keeping YaH's honey-do list, His Torah.

The Berean Call attacked the Scriptures regarding Sabbath, Unclean, holidays, Feasts, separated Names of Father. Here is our letter to the B.C..

"I request an honest, fair research. The accusations are mostly false (see 8th and 11th Par.) It says, "HRM’s make few distinctions between Scripture and the Talmud. “...keeping the traditions of the Jewish Talmud”. This is not true, at least of local Hebrew Roots Assemblies. Here’s an example of an HRM: Apostolic Truth. Like any fellowship they are not perfect yet. I do not fully endorse all they publish. Look at their Statement of Faith to learn their beliefs. Another is EliYah.com, and JewsforYeshua.comWHERE is the alleged HRM assembly that does the acts you charge them? If you make false statements against groups I know of, where is your credibility when you evaluate other groups we don’t know? Perhaps your evaluation applies to only select HRM and not the whole.Torah: The Bride of Messiah has a “Honey-do” list which our betrothed Husband has given us. With pleasure we take up these tasks. The Torah, Law of Moses, the Word is this list. Matthew 4:4 we are to live by every Word of YHVH.In the HRM Sabbath study assignments, we move from Genesis to Revelation. These Torah and haftorah assignments may or may not be applicable to where this body or this individual needs to concentrate. It is better to first pray, ascertain needs, then read selected passages to be meditated on.
In my home State, we are overly prospered, educated, entertained, hi-tech (in the Church also) and have need of nothing.
In a liberal State I seek for a “niche within a niche” of true believers who put the Word over all the accepted traditions of men (Christian, Jewish, other).
We believe that Isaiah 8:19-20 is true for all of us today, “To the Law and to the Testimony, if they speak not according to his Word, there is NO light in them”. Further, if they speak only scholarly research and there is no operation of the Pure Spirit then some do not have “SPIRIT and Truth”. A balance of Law and grace will surpass those who preach “grace only”. Law and grace are not opposites. New and Old testaments are what “we must live by every Word that proceeds out of the mouth of YHVH”. If you teach “no law” then you are “lawless” “anti-pnomenian” and help to bring the lawless. In American Pop religion shows hate for Father and Son’s Word and we call it “liberty”. It doesn’t matter if you have “spirit” if there is mixture of error and truth. We have hit rock-bottom in a lawless church and society. Considering the times, we ought to make ourselves ready.
We ought to initially find the foundation and “First place of mention” of each teaching. Berean Call Author Richard Fisher runs to a PLACE OF MENTION of Law in Galatians. That law deals with Temple Sacrifices. Without the skill to harmonize Paul’s Epistles with all other Scripture you could twist his inspired Word to your own destruction.
I challenge you and Richard Fisher to study the doctrines of the Feasts, Pagan Holidays, Unclean meats and the Name of Father independently of your own denomination. “Lordos” and “Gad” are not true titles of YHVH. Mr. Fisher’s assessment of HRM is fraud. His accusations of HRM’s Talmud-usage are too cunning. It is a case of "mud-throwing" at the believers of Law and Grace; of emphasizing their weaker points and minimizing their strongest traits. HRM is not a false cult. On the other hand, those who take men's words over Scripture should be warned; there are too many of them. I Sound the alarm.YHVH’s Feasts are summed-up in Lev. 23 and Exodus where we read of keeping them in the past. How about the present? The Feasts kept in the future for all in IsaiYah 66 and ZechariYah 14 amongst other locations. Unclean is mentioned not only in Genesis to Deuteronomy but also The Revelation and IsaiYah 65, 66 in the FUTURE. So far, I see no mention of the Talmud but I do see the Torah all the way to the end of the Book. The Talmud is only a historical record of man’s traditions. Let all good believers return to study of The Scriptures.Yes, HRM believers are independent-minded and do not rely on the “Church Fathers” and elders to interpret Scripture. They generally let Scripture interpret itself and that by the Pure Spirit. Read "Statements of Faith".Mr. Fisher sets the Resurrection on Sunday. We remember the DATE of one’s death and the DATE of their birth, not the DAY necessarily. According to Scripture, the Savior died on Aviv 14th and arose Aviv 17th. Do you remember the DAY of loved-ones' deaths? Matthew 12:40, 28:1. Father YaHVaH did not bless Sun-day but He Set-Apart the Seventh Day. It is still a day of celebration and observance in heaven. Hebrews 4 "He spoke of the Seventh Day on this wise."More on Unclean: Luke 8:32 Messiah chased hogs and all those pork chops over the cliff. Matthew 15:20b “..but to eat with un-washen hands defileth NOT a man”. The point was the things from 1) the heart and 2) Un-washen hands. It was a sin after Calvary to eat an obomination (for emphasis).Acts 10:28b “..but YaH hath shown me that I should not call any MAN common or unclean”. Gentlemen, you must admit you do despite to the Word by promoting the abomination of eating swine. Peter never did eat a midnight snack. Messiah did not teach against His own Law or that you can bless anything and then eat it.
Pagan Holidays: JeremiYah 10 “Learn not the way of the heathen.” In view of such awesome creation and love by Father YHVH should not we keep the tokens of our virginity pure! Deuteronomy 22:15.This HRM article is a serious attack on the Word of YaH! Falsely accusing us Column 3 ”..the very confusing practice (by Hebrew Roots) of superimposing the later Talmud on New Testament believers.” Colossians 2:16 could more likely be addressed to the believers who ARE keeping the Torah. As we keep the Sabbaths and receive criticism “Let no man judge us in regard of eating or drinking, in keeping of a New Moon, Feast days or Sabbath which ARE (not WERE) a shadow of things to COME, but the Body of Messiah may judge us.”
The Hebrew Roots Assemblies do not attempt to FORCE (compel) Gentiles to keep the Sabbath and the Law. We teach it. The action is up to them.
Such a case against the “Jew” when some claim to be pro-Israel not anti-Semitic! If the Law were Hispanic or French would you accept more readily?Let us all be Romans 11, grafted into the good Olive Tree.You say “We are Gentiles. We’re not Jewish.” Answer: All we have to do with YaHVaH is Jewish. Salvation is of the Jews. The Torah is of the Jews. Scripture is of the Jews. So if my heart is hard enough I must also turn-down the offer of this Jewish Salvation, and of being grafted into YaHVaH, the Olive tree, Romans 11.
Let not this "Jewish" stigma get in the way of our proper loving relationship with our Husband the Messiah, the Savior and King of Kings.
The word “FULFILLED” The Torah is fulfilled, your obedience, all Torah, and the thousand years; are they all filled-full?Romans 8:4 “The Torah fulfilled in us.”
2 Cor 10:6 “When your obedience is fulfilled.
Gal 5:14 “All the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this, thou shalt love thy neighbor.”
Rev 20:3 “Until the thousand years should be fulfilled.”
You don’t want to be "Under the law", but above it? Not subject to Torah? Romans 8:7, “For the carnal mind is enmity against YHVH, it is not subject to Torah, neither indeed can be”. We are not under the penalty of law if we obey.Law of Gravity; of thermodynamics can we disobey? Skiers beware!
IsaiYah 9:6 Messiah, His government is not on His shoulders?
Answer: What kind of governor would have no Torah to govern His subjects by?
Our RELATIONSHIP is failing due to a weak understanding and apathy if we do not "Fear YaHH and keep His Commandments, for this is the whole of man".
I recognize Berean Call for warnings about the New Age, Roman Catholic, Mormon, Churches as well as latest aberrant movements; the One-World Beast Ecumenical movement and many false dogmas. Your book “The Seduction of Christianity” was published confirming our decision to separate from New Age Eastern religions. Please take time to consider the Scriptures with nobility.
